Contract Terms *

This is a contract for photography services to be provided by Tiffany Greeson Photography and/or individuals subcontracted to do work for Tiffany Greeson Photography. Completed contract and payment in part or in full are required to secure a date with your photographer. The clients and the photographer consent to cheerful communication with each other in order to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. It is recommended that the photographer be provided with someone who knows most of the guests who will serve as a responsible party, pointing out key individuals to be photographed. The photographer may also require assistance in gathering and organizing family groups. The clients agree to provide photographer with ample advance notice of key events, allowing the photographer ample time to prepare for moments such as (but not limited to) cutting the cake, speeches, etc. Please note that not all guests like having their photo taken. In such cases, the photographer will use discretion, but cannot be held liable for a lack of photos of these people. Both the clients and the photographer agree that punctuality and cooperation are essential to the production of outstanding photographic results. In cases where the event does not run on time, we cannot guarantee our normal set of photos, although we will do our best to compensate. In the spirit of friendly collaboration, clients agree to give the photographer precedence over attending guests in order to ensure that the event is fully and properly photographed. Photographer cannot be held liable for a lack of photos of key events if attending guests prevent these photos from being taken. The photographer will retain copyrights to all photos for professional use. Clients shall have rights to all photos for personal use, but, photos should not be used commercially without prior authorization of the copyright owner. Clients hereby release liability for use of any and all photos for advertising purposes. If photographer becomes ill or otherwise unable to provide the photographic services set forth in this agreement, photographer will attempt to provide a replacement photographer in lieu. Under normal circumstances, this would be a subcontracted second shooter for Tiffany Greeson Photography. In the event that a replacement photographer cannot be found, liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. Tiffany Greeson Photography has working methods in place to prevent loss or damage of your images; however, in the unlikely case that your images are lost, damaged, or otherwise destroyed in a manner that renders them unrecoverable, liability will be limited to the amount of fees paid and prorated based on images provided. Due to the nature of a live event, not all images can be guaranteed. In the event of a cancellation on the part of the client, fees paid will be returned only in the form of a credit for a future date. Funds are fully transferable, but non-refundable, and credit may be applied to a future event with dates subject to availability.
